Pricing and payment

Every project starts at US$50 (Rp500 ribu). The final price follows a free consultation and is written in the contract — no hidden fees. Staged payment by milestone: 30% deposit, 40% on approved progress demo, 30% on handover.

Money-back guarantee

If any feature misses the written agreement, we refund that feature's value. Requests beyond the initial agreement are discussed openly and may cost extra.

30-day fix warranty

Fixes for non-conforming results within 30 days after handover are free. New features beyond the agreement are discussed openly.

Ownership (Buy plan)

Under Buy, full ownership of the app and source code is yours, handed over in full on final payment. Server, domain, and third-party services are excluded unless agreed in writing.

Terms (Rental plan)

Under yearly Rental, Apptivity manages the app during the rental period: built-in server and domain free, small additions free, large additions at a light fee, changes follow the rental terms.
